The Fuji Electric M682 Automotive IGBT module is a compact, cost-efficient and versatile power module designed for the propulsion system of electric and hybrid vehicles.
Equipped with robust RC-IGBT chips with integrated on-chip temperature and current sensors, this module offers AQG324 proven reliability.
Available with 750 V / 300 A, 450 A, with flat baseplate and 600 A with pin-fin cooler structure.
