Now, our Semiconductor Technical Team is looking for Technician supporting our Quality Assurance and TIM (Thermal Interface Material).

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support of all customers in Europe with regard to quality assurance measures
• Analysis of line or field returns (IGBT/SiC modules):
  • Acquisition of the static characteristics of the components
  • High voltage testing
  • Non-destructive testing by means of ultrasonic scanning (SAT) and X-Ray
  • Opening of the housing and removal of silicone gel
  • Microscopic examinations
  • Other methods of analysis
• Maintenance of QA laboratory
  • Handling of chemicals
  • Ordering and Disposal of chemicals
  • Calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment
  • Organize the storage of claimed parts
• Prepare parcels to dispatch to FE or customer return
• Perform sorting activities at FEE or customer warehouses
• Support our TIM (Thermal Interface Material) printing development team
  • Print TIM on samples
  • Mount IGBT modules on heatsinks
  • Conduct heat cycles
  • Evaluate the torque and TIM pattern

Your experience and skills

• Completed apprenticeship in a technical field. Graduation from technical school preferred
• First practical experience as Technician (1-3 years)
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical component examination
• Familiarity with lab equipment
• Fluent in German and English
• Independent, solution-oriented and careful way of working
• Proactive and willing to learn
